The top mistake the seller makes in my opinion is to try to save money by not staging the home and end up selling it cheaper in a long period of time. Your book seems interesting.. I will definitely check it out.
Hi!! Thanks for your comment. It’s so true – when home sellers put off staging, it can result in lower sold prices and longer days on market.
It’s also very necessary right now for homes to be staged – in this time of Covid 19 – for sellers to prep and stage their homes. Homes seen via virtual tours will look far better than homes not staged. I’ve been doing virtual online consultations to help realtors and sellers!!
